GUIDED MEDITATION AND SOUND IMMERSION

  • This 60 minute meditation includes the relaxing tones and frequencies of crystal bowls, an ocean drum, and a steel tongue drum. You will also receive a few minutes of reiki to intensify your relaxation.

OTHER CLASSES

  • Experience a transformative journey in our Sound Therapy class. This session uses the healing power of sound. Relax and let go as you are enveloped by the soothing tones of singing bowls, gongs, and chimes. Perfect for beginners and seasoned meditators alike, this class aims to balance your mind, body, and spirit, promoting deep relaxation and inner peace. Join me to rejuvenate your senses and find harmony within

  • Yoga Nidra or yogic sleep in modern usage is a state of consciousness between waking and sleeping, typically induced by a guided meditation. Come to our class and get a deeply restful and restorative session. Yoga Nidra works with the autonomic nervous system. This part of our nervous system regulates processes of the body that take place without a conscious effort (heartbeat, breathing, digestion and blood flow). This system also includes the sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous systems. Meditation helps us calm the sympathetic nervous system; mainly, our fight-or-flight response. Yoga Nidra involves slowing down and chilling out.
